Service Description
**Starting at $33/hour**, affordable English tutoring packages are available for students in **Grades 9-12**. Families can choose from **in-person group library tutoring** or **private one-on-one in-person library tutoring**, with a standard option of **4 sessions per week**, each session lasting **60 minutes per day**. Customized plans are also available upon request. **Navneet Kaur Tutoring Services** offers flexible learning options, including a **Basic Plan with 4 sessions per week**, a **Silver Plan with 8 sessions every two weeks**, a **Gold Plan with 14 sessions per month**, and an **Exclusive Exam Preparation Plan upon request**, which includes **18–20 sessions per month**. **Silver, Gold, and Exam Preparation Plans include added perks such as extra support time, homework and worksheet help, concept review, progress updates, weak-area focus, and personalized learning guidance.** Sessions are designed to help students improve grades, strengthen math concepts, build confidence, complete homework, prepare for tests, and stay ahead with **Ontario Curriculum-based learning**.
Cancellation Policy
This booking policy applies to all tutoring services offered by Navneet Kaur Tutoring Services for Math, Science, and English. Each package is for one selected subject only, chosen at the time of registration. Services may include online tutoring, in-person public library tutoring, group tutoring, private one-on-one tutoring, Basic Plan, Silver Plan, Gold Plan, Exam Preparation Plan, or customized plans, depending on the package selected and paid for. All sessions must be scheduled in advance based on tutor availability, student availability, selected subject, package type, service type, group schedule, and location or online availability. In-person sessions depend on public library room, seating, and library availability. Online sessions are conducted through Zoom or Google Meet. Parents/guardians or students must confirm the selected subject and preferred start date by email or through the contact form so scheduling can be arranged. Preferred start dates are subject to tutor, student, group, and/or library availability. Selecting a preferred start date does not mean the package will begin immediately. Package validity begins on the student’s first attended scheduled session, and that session counts as Day 1. Basic Plans must be used within 7 days from Day 1, Silver Plans within 14 days from Day 1, and Gold Plans within 30 days from Day 1. All sessions must be completed within the selected plan’s validity period. Payment must be completed before the package or session begins. Package fees are non-transferable and cannot be shared with another student. Packages cannot be split between Math, Science, and English unless a separate package is purchased. At least 24 hours’ notice by email is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows without proper notice are considered used and are non-refundable. Make-up sessions may be offered only when proper notice is given and are subject to availability. Refunds are not provided once the package has started. If cancellation is requested before the first attended session, a refund may be considered after deducting any booking, material, library, payment processing, or administrative costs already paid. Navneet Kaur Tutoring Services may adjust session timing, location, tutor assignment, or group placement when needed due to scheduling, availability, selected subject, package type, service type, or student learning needs.
